Leave Main Street alone.

I lived in Grimsby for many years just off Main Street. When I come back to visit, my first view (which is my favourite) is the escarpment, and then going along Main Street seeing all the unique homes that Grimsby has to offer.

If you want condos go to the big cities. Leave Grimsby alone. People are moving to Niagara because they yearn for simple living.

I live in Miramichi, New Brunswick and the town is not allowed to build anything over three floors. Maybe Grimsby should adapt that law.
