Greg Woodruff, thank you so much for writing your very thoughtful & insightful letter to our Grimsby Planning Department & Town Council. I do hope they consider every point Greg has made to unravel the builders so called benefits to the Town of Grimsby. I concur with everything he said, wish I had written it, it says all that we residents have been thinking, in such an eloquent and informative way. I urge people to read his letter, it couldn’t be more on point. I agree Council & Staff should deny the development application. Please “Save Main Street”.
