Condos on the Main Street should not be allowed

Condos on the Main Street should not be allowed. All anyone has to do is look at the mass production of condos at Casablanca by the lake, “Condo City”. These developers are taking away our lake views and now want to push them on our Main Street. There is already enough traffic on the Main Street without condos adding to it.

We built a house in Peach Tree back in 1988 when you bought a lot and arranged for your own builder. The houses have they’re own uniqueness to them not like now when they all look the same.

The developers now want to buy up every piece of land, put in whatever is going to get them the most money and then move onto another town. I’m sorry but I think this should be stopped. We all moved to Grimsby for the country feel. If we wanted to live in a city we would move to one.

The town came together many years ago to march and save our hospital and I think it’s time we do the same to save our Main Street.
