Enough already, we are a small town that wants to stay that way. Will we see our taxes decrease because of the extra revenue, doubt it. We will see added traffic and congestion everywhere, we can’t spread out much further because of the lake and escarpment so high rises will be the norm and the vineyards and orchards will be a thing of the past. So sad for Grimsby.
