I’ve been going to Monk’s since I was very young and my best friend works at Dollarama including my sister. I would hate for something else to be built into those plazas. Grimsby isn’t Grimsby without everything we have in it. Houses and condominiums are not something people come to Grimsby to pass through. No one likes them.
