I moved to Grimsby because it is a small town. Real estate development in this green space is upsetting. Please. Multi story residential buildings concern me. High density concerns us all. I used to live in Vancouver, where the ocean from UBC to West Van was ALL PARK. What is wrong with Ontario? The only park on the lake is tiny Nelles Park. The city planing on Lake Ontario is shameful and greed drives it.
