We live at 107 Main St E in a Town House, and greatly enjoy the surrounding houses etc in Grimsby, both Heritage and otherwise. Building a 7 or even 5 story condo in this area will greatly increase the traffic flow and destroy the “Heritage” appearance of Grimsby. IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED.
