Why are we looking to bring traffic congestion, noise and deprivation of the escarpment view to Main street? Let’s learn from Burlington - they are in the process of turning that ideal town (especially the downtown area) into a city of tall condos that will bring with them more cars, pollution and overcrowding. We moved here last year because of the small-town atmosphere. If I want condos and more commercial areas I can move to Mississauga.
