We, Grimsby, are a Town. This is a very slippery slope they are considering.

I have not spoken to a single resident of our lovely town who is in favour of these city-esque types of developments. Only the residents of Grimsby should have control of the preservation of this special place.

We do not want nor need this wonderful community changed into a city, especially by others who do not live here or understand and respect Grimsby for what it is. Just because there is an opportunity to build something doesn’t mean it is right. Money needs to be taken out of the decision making process here.
