From what I understand there is discussion of building more condominiums in the Main Street East area. We do not need condos in our downtown core nor on the land slightly out of the core.
Condos have been built and are being built on the lands surrounding the Grimsby core and if they must be built, then on the surrounding land they should be. Our Grimsby skyline will be lost with the continuance of building highrises in the core. The Grimsby infrastructure is not developed to account for the heavy automobile and human traffic.
Totally again any condos being built in downtown Grimsby.
