Unfortunately money talks. It’s valiant effort. I grew up in Dundas and now live in Grimsby. The towns are very similar: family oriented, good hockey towns, nice small-town feel - which is diminishing. The influx the of big money and politicians that ignore the wishes of the community for tax dollar gains is unfortunate and sad reality. Many other small communities such as Beamsville are feeling the strain as well, roads and infrastructure that can’t support this kind of expansion. Just look to Binbrook as an example - it’s unrecognizable. Keep up the good fight!
