Why do these developers always have to push the envelope?

We need to address this project with great objection. The present “Cole’s” property was sold to no other than Losani Homes. If we let this project go ahead, what do you think Losani will do with that property… Why do these developers always have to push the envelope? They know our bylaws! Why can’t they stick to them?

The Orchardview plaza complex is a perfect fit to this neighborhood. They kept to our current bylaws. Why can’t this developer? One important thing to remember is that you cannot increase traffic flow without infrastructure. And you cannot increase Main St. E. to 4 lanes of traffic.

I came home from the Gym this morning around 10:00 and the traffic in this area was already busy. Can you imagine what it would be like if there were another 148 residential units and commercial space??
